The conference venue is the Bellevue Park Hotel Riga.
Address: Slokas Street 1, Riga. The conference centre is on the 2nd floor.
The official language of the BHFM is English, and there will be no simultaneous translation.
Registration is open as follows (2nd floor):
- Thursday, October 20, 9:00 – 18:00
- Friday, October 21, 08:00 – 11:00
You’ll receive your conference folder and name tag at the registration desk.
This includes your EBAC certificate, which you are welcome to collect on Friday, October 21, from 15:00 – 17:00 at the registration desk.
The EBAC evaluation form which you will find in your conference folder should be completed and returned.
The exhibition is open on Thursday, October 20, 11:00 – 17:00 and Friday, October 21, from 09:00 – 17:00.
Companies can access the site to set up their exhibition stands on Thursday, October 20, from 8:00.
Catering
A buffet lunch will be served in the Bellevue Park Hotel Riga restaurant on the 1st floor and all refreshments are served in the Paris II conference hall during the breaks.
A welcome reception will be held on October 20, 19:30 – 21:30 in the conference foyer.
Transportation
There is free parking for Belleuvia Park Hotel guests.
Usually, there are a lot of taxis just in front of the hotel, but we recommend you use Baltic Taxi. Visit www.baltictaxi.lv or call taxi 8500.
During rush hour (16:00 – 18:30 on Fridays) it may be very difficult to find a taxi, and there are frequent traffic jams.

Book a room in plenty of time at the conference venue – Bellevue Park Hotel – or in hotels nearby – such as the Radisson Blu Daugava, or Two Wheels.
